CandleWave, LLC takes your right to individual privacy very seriously. We detest “spam.” We do not engage in “spam.” We are aware of the threats to your security and privacy on the Internet. Ordering Online

Any data that you submit to us through an online order form is transferred to us via a Secure Sockets Layer, which is an encryption protocol, and is kept in databases which are not accessible from outside our firewall.

That means that whatever data that you send us is encrypted, so that in the unlikely event a hacker intercepts your data, it cannot be easily read. Our firewall is a mechanism that prevents access to our servers by anyone outside of CandleWave, LLC.

CandleWave, LLC does not, and will not, sell, rent, trade, exchange, or give away your name or e-mail address to anyone. That means that only authorized employees of CandleWave, LLC ever have access to any information that you submit. We may use your name and address to send you information regarding other CandleWave, LLC services or products that we think might be suitable for you and that you might like to know about. And, much as we may disagree with it and wouldn’t do it voluntarily, we may have no choice under the law but to turn over any pertinent information to any law enforcement or other government agency which takes the proper steps to get it, such as a court order, for example.

E-mail

If you subscribe to Candle Wave LLC, your name and e-mail address will be placed in a database. Only employees of Candle Wave, LLC have access to this data, the same as with all other personal information. We do not give our subscribers’ names or addresses to outside companies. We will also never rent out or sell your e-mail address.

Any e-mail that you send to CandleWave, LLC is completely confidential. We will not add your name to our e-mail list without your permission. For security reasons, if you inquire about your subscription, we may ask you to submit some additional information just to verify that you really are who you say you are. Bear in mind that in such a case we will only be asking you to confirm information which you have already given us.

Child Protection

Every natural person who submits his or her name and e-mail address or subscribes to the paid feature(s) of this website, either or both, warrants to CandleWave, LLC that he or she is at least 18 years of age. CandleWave, LLC does not intend or desire that this website be used by anyone who is less than 18 years of age. Discussion Forum

If CandleWave, LLC maintains a Discussion Forum, you are welcome to use it. Please be aware, however, that submitting your e-mail address or a URL to a Forum is entirely voluntary on your part, and you do that at your own risk. While Candle Wave, LLC will not harvest e-mail addresses from the Discussion Forum, there is nothing to prevent an unscrupulous company or individual person from doing so.

You must submit a name in order to submit a message to the Discussion Forum, but it does not have to be your own name – fictitious names are acceptable, so long as they are unique to you, are not offensive, and are not intended to impersonate someone else. The use of initials would not be acceptable. If you suspect that someone is impersonating you on our Discussion Forum, please contact us by clicking here or by e-mailing us at info@candlewave.com, and we will take all necessary actions, including legal, to correct the matter.

We reserve the right to remove any messages from the Discussion Forum which are or appear to be advertisements or solicitations to buy or sell securities, or are unrelated advertisements for other products, which contain profanity, or which are otherwise offensive or illegal. But the bottom line is that CandleWave, LLC cannot be held responsible for any claims that may be made on our Discussion Forum. You use the Discussion Forum at your own risk.
